- Tomato - 1 (round slices)
- Cheese - 1 tbsp (grated)
- Onion small size - 1 (finely chopped)
- Mushroom - three pieces (finely chopped)
- Cucumber - 1 (finely chopped)
- Oregano - half tsp
- Dry parsley leaves - half of tsp
- Garlic salt - half of tsp
- Olive oil - 1 - 2 tbsp
- Salt - to taste
- Lemon juice - half of tsp or to flavor
- Black pepper - to flavor
- Expect first 2 substances mix all other ingredients together & hold it prepared.
- Arrange the tomatoes as a single layer & sprinkle some salt & pepper on it.
- Now vicinity a spoon of the cucumber combination on top of it.
- Sprinkle a few cheese & serve.
I actually have used fats loose cheese to make my salad healthy. You may select any type of cheese you want.You can also upload ranch or some other dressing in case you want.
