lakshana-recipes: Chicken curry


Ingredients(group I)
  • Onion - 1
  • Tomato - 1 big size
  • Ginger- garlic paste - 2 tbsp
  • Chicken - 250 grams with bones
  • Chilly powder - 2 tsp or modify
  • Pepper (optional) - 1/four tsp
  • Coriander leaves - handful
  • Salt to flavor
  • Oil - 2 tbsp

Dry masala(group II)
  • Bay leaves - 1
  • Ani superstar - 1
  • Marathi moggu - 2 small pieces
  • Cloves - 6
  • Cinnamon - 1 inch

To fry & powder(institution III)
  • Coriander seeds - 2tbsp
  • Cumin seeds - 1/2 tbsp
  • Aniseed - 1 tbsp
  • Cloves - four
  • Cinnamon - 1 inch
  • Khus- khus - 1 tsp
  • Cardamon - 2

Method
  • Fry organization III components with little oil & make a first-class powder. This is the spice powder.
  • Heat oil within the wok pan on low flame. Add all the organization II elements.
  • Then add the ginger garlic paste. Fry until the oil separates. Now upload onions & growth the flame to medium.
  • Roast until the onion becomes golden brown & upload the tomatoes with salt & cold powder.
  • Now upload the chook pieces & fry for every other five mins.
  • Add enough water & allow the chook to cook. While the bird is completed, subsequently upload the spice powder & coriander leaves. 
  • Allow to prepare dinner for 1 minute & switch off the flame.

Tips for the recipe - This gravy seems little water than the regular one. I upload the complete spice powder for i really like greater spice in this curry. If you need very mild spice just modify thus. This is going nicely with idly & dosa.
